Cleburne County Cares (CCC) began operations in December 1986 as a non-profit, all- volunteer organization.. With the support of the Ministerial Alliance, the Cleburne County Department of Human Services, and interested local citizens, CCC was formed. The mission of CCC is to provide a central location for responding to human crises through cooperation and coordination with caring individuals and community organizations. The organization was originally located in Ozark Square on East Main Street in Heber Springs, but has since moved its food pantry and administrative offices to 2016 Hwy. 25-B North in Heber Springs. The Cleburne County Cares Retail Store & Collection Center is located at 747 South 7th Street. Both locations are open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
